The Human Resources Management Research group explores the institutional, national and international dimensions of human relations. Our primary interests and publications encompass the issues of workplace bullying, employee relations, work-life balance and workplace culture, which are explored through a range of theoretical lenses and diverse methods.
Members support a suite of CIPD-approved undergraduate and postgraduate HR courses by infusing them with their contemporary knowledge and experience.
Our research addresses the forces that conspire to consolidate and separate the bonds between groups and individuals, within the working and social environments.
We welcome UK and international applications from suitably qualified graduates interested in joining us for postgraduate research including DBA, PhD and Masters by Research. You may be eligible to study a distance PhD.
